Characteristics:

Not as refined as Junmai Daiginjo, but still light, fruity, great cold or room temp.

Junmai

Pure rice
No required Seimai Buai

Characteristics:

Emphasis on expressing the rice flavour. Great with food and at various temperatures.

Fruit Sake

Pure sake is used to extract flavor from various fruits, traditionally plum, yuzu, etc.
梅酒

Characteristics:

Low alcohol, but intense fruit flavour. Ideal as aperitif or digestif, it can be served chilled or at room temp.

With added alcohol, Super Premium.
